In today’s episode spend some time looking at the prophet Isaiah.
Isaiah spent many years teaching and prophesying to Judah. God included Isaiah’s family in the work effort too! Isaiah’s whole life became a billboard of the lessons God wanted people to learn.
He was active during the reigns of King Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah.
His work overlapped with the prophets Hosea, Amos and Micah.
He prophesied about Israel (the northern kingdom), Judah, Babylon, Assyria, Philistia, Moab, Damascus (Syria), Ethiopia, Egypt, Dumah, Arabia, Tyre, and Edom. Did I miss one?
Isaiah’s life was the picture of humble service to God. One we can learn from today.
